MILLIE EUBANKS is a practicing expert with proven expertise and experience… An Associate Sales and Management Trainer and Coach for Bob Schultz & the New Home Sales SpecialistsSM, she began her career in new home sales as Marketing Director of Ideal Homes in Norman, Oklahoma in 1992. While a member of the Ideal Homes sales team, Millie was taught The Official New Home Sales Development System® by Bob Schultz, and those skills propelled her to become an extremely competent, highly productive new home salesperson.

In just one year her personal sales increased from 50 to 136. Developing her leadership skills and business acumen, she was promoted to Vice President of Sales for Ideal Homes, then the largest volume home builder in the state of Oklahoma. Under Millie’s sales leadership, the “Ideal” team sold more than 600 homes annually between 1992 and 2006. During that time her team earned many local, regional and national sales and marketing awards, including Region 5 Rookie Salesperson of the Year every year from 1998 to 2001, Region 5 Marketing Director of the Year in 2001, and National Rookie Salesperson of the Year in 2002, in addition to earning the Platinum Award in 2001 for 32.8 million total sales volume.

Personally, Millie has received much individual recognition from the National Sales and Marketing Council of NAHB. Her sales management, training and coaching achievements have been recognized as Region 5 Salesperson of the Year and Region 5 Sales Manager of the Year in 2000, also recognized by The National Association of Home Builders as National Sales Manager of the Year in 2003, its highest accolade for sales management excellence and achievement.

Millie is a Team Partner and Lead Buyers Agent for the UB Home Team and C-21 Goodyear Green. She leads a team of 5 full-time agents. As a team they have generated over $32 million in sales last year with an average sales price of $140,000 per home. When not traveling the country coaching, Millie teaches Sunday school and volunteers with several local charities, cheers on the Sooners and loves to read. She resides in Norman, Oklahoma, with her daughter Grace.

She received a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2011 and is an Accredited Buyer’s Specialist (ABR). Millie received her Brokers license in 2012 and is also a certified facilitator of the course The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People course, developed by internationally renowned leadership authority Dr. Stephen Covey.
