As Woody Allen once said, “80% of life is just showing up,” and for many in new home sales today, just showing up is good enough to allow for the appearance of success.

For example, many in new home sales are experiencing good – if not exceptional – market conditions, providing an atmosphere in which just “showing up” is good enough to produce some sales. That becomes an unfortunate case of status-quo achievement.

Regrettably for companies that accept status quo achievement and have not developed a culture of increasing sales revenue while reducing unnecessary costs, “success” is short-lived and is always subject to market conditions.

Visionary leaders however, are always doing today what is require to assure that the people, processes, training, and coaching systems required for measurable and profitable growth are in place.
