~ Recruited by Ultramark, a homebuilder/marketing/sales specialist company to Kendall-Riviera Companies -Timberline, West Palm Beach, FL 1984-1985.

~ Recruited by Mobil Land Development – Riverbridge, west Palm Beach, FL as Sales Director 1985 -1986.

~ Recruited by Burg & DiVosta, DiVosta Homes, Pulte Homes 1986 – 2004 (51 communities) Held the positions of President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Sales, Sales Manager, Real Estate Broker, Vice President of Construction and Certified Qualifying General Contractor.

~ Positioned the company as one of the most successful and respected developers in the U.S.

~ Most profitable local division in 47 local markets in U.S., netting $80 million.

~ Hired and trained a team of 150 sales professionals and administrators; mentored teams through three ownerships and managed the most successful sales operation in Palm Beach County history selling over 2,000 in 2004.
