Before establishing his Consulting & Training Enterprise, Bob cultivated his expertise over decades in the real world. He implemented the sales and marketing programs for more than 40 large condominium and single-family home developments and managed marketing budgets in the millions of dollars, representing more than 6,000 unit sales.

His knowledge and skills are only outweighed by his steadfast dedication to the principles that create success for New Home Sales Professionals, Managers, Builders|Developers and Realtors®. Uniquely pairing his engaging, energetic speaking style with meaningful content, Bob has been a featured presenter at the NAHB International Builder’s Show since 1983 – delivering powerful messages and actionable training.

Peggy Burkett

Chief Executive Officer

Peggy is a graduate of the Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a member of Meeting Planners International. She has an exceptional background as Meetings Director for the Home Builders Institute of the National Association of Home Builders, coordinating more than 200 industry specific seminars and conferences annually. Her demonstrated expertise in a variety of the industry concepts, practices, and procedures is the driving force behind the successful production of all New Home Specialist public programs, such as; its acclaimed BUILDER University series, the Bob Schultz’s “Serious Sales Management” and “Boot Camp” seminars.

Peggy is responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals and to oversee and lead the company personnel to provide clients with the highest standard of services and products that surpass all others. Her keen awareness of business initiatives provide insight to direct the development of the organization to ensure future growth and consistently meet and exceed the New Home Specialist goals for client services.

Glen Trotta’s expertise and experience in the homebuilding industry and real estate marketing and sales in South Florida is unparalleled. Upon graduating from the University of Florida with a degree Journalism and Communication, he has had the unique opportunity to work and excel in all aspects of residential real estate development, construction, sales and marketing at the highest of levels. He served as the general contractor and President of Sales and Marketing for legendary Florida builder DiVosta Homes for 18 years.
