He implemented the sales and marketing programs for more than 40 large condominium and single-family home developments and managed marketing budgets in the millions of dollars, representing more than 6,000 unit sales.

Millie Eubanks

Millie Eubanks is a practicing expert with proven expertise and experience. She began her career in new home sales as Marketing Director of Ideal Homes in Norman, Oklahoma in 1992. With the skills and training she accumulated through The Official New Home Sales Development System® by Bob Schultz, her personal sales increased from 50 to 136 in just one year, and eventually saw her promoted to Vice President of Sales for Ideal Homes.

Under Millie’s sales leadership, the “Ideal” team sold more than 600 homes annually between 1992 and 2006. During that time her team earned many local, regional and national sales and marketing awards, including Region 5 Rookie Salesperson of the Year every year from 1998 to 2001, Region 5 Marketing Director of the Year in 2001, and National Rookie Salesperson of the Year in 2002, in addition to earning the Platinum Award in 2001 for 32.8 million total sales volume.
