Bob obtained real world sales and management experience through previous housing recessions of the mid 70’s and the early 80s with 18+% interest rates, when he crafted, engineered and implemented extremely successful sales and close-out programs for builders and developers, and he managed workouts for Real Estate Investment Trusts and major financial institutions throughout Florida.

Because of his extraordinary achievements during those turbulent times, Bob was named by NAHB as Marketing Director of the Year, Large Volume in 1982, and the Florida Home Builders Association Sales Director of the Year Award in 1983.
